HOW TO SPA WITH US

SPA USEFUL INFORMATION
Attire:

Please arrive at the Spa wearing comfortable, light clothing or a bathrobe. Disposable underwear are available on request.

Digital Disconnection:

Our spa environment is one of tranquillity and we would appreciate it if you can turn off your mobile devices and secure them in your locker to respect all spa guests' right to privacy and serenity.

Reservations (walk in Clients):

Booking prior to your arrival is recommended to secure your preferred date and time of treatment.

Spa Arrival:

We recommend that you check in at Spa Reception at least 20 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This allows us to have a brief discussion with you about your treatment expectations and gives you ample time to visit the spa. Please understand that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments.

Special Consideration:

Guests who have high blood pressure, heart conditions, are pregnant or have any other medical complications are advised to consult their doctors before signing up for any spa services. Kindly inform your spa therapist of any existing medical conditions.

Homecare:

To continue your spa regimen at home, all spa products used in the treatments are available in our spa boutique, including lifestyle items and souvenirs.

Smoking And Alcohol:

Smoking and the consumption of alcohol within the Spa are prohibited. It is also advisable to avoid the consumption of alcohol or heavy meals prior to, or after any Spa treatment.

Cleanliness:

In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, our equipment is sterilised and sanitised after every service and treatment.

Loss or Damage:

We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables locked in your hotel room safe during your visit or request one of our spa concierge to place it in the Spa safe. For the protection of your clothing we also advise you to wear the robe provided.

Refund and Exchange Policy:

Unopened retail products can be exchanged within 10 days of purchase, if presented with the original receipt. No cash or credit card refunds will be processed. Treatment packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

Payment:

We accept cash and all credit cards. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy:

Please allow 24 hours' notice of cancellation to avoid charges, to help us re-schedule your appointment, subject to space availability. cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Full charges will be imposed for a "no-show" as well.
